SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

Paper submission
 

All submissions will be handled electronically. Authors should prepare a PDF or PS of their full papers and submit them through EDAS by April 22, 2004. Papers must not exceed 10 single-spaced and two-column pages using at least 10 point size type on 8.5 * 11 inches pages. See style files, author guidelines and instructions for details. 

Authors are required to submit a "Copyright Release" with the final manuscript of all papers accepted for  inclusion in the proceedings to the Registration Chair Prof. Hongyi Wu along with the registration form by August 31, 2004.

Camera ready papers of all accepted papers (regular and poster) need to be uploaded via EDAS by August 31, 2004. For more information, contact Publication Chair Prof. Xiuzhen Cheng, George Washington University, (cheng@gwu.edu).

Note: Regular papers can exceed up to 10+2 pages ($150 per page). For poster only up to 3 pages are acceptable.
 

Tutorials
 

Proposals for half and full day tutorials are solicited. The selection criteria include the expertise and experience of the instructors and relevance to the central themes of the conference. Proposals of at most 4 pages, including 1-page biographical sketch, should be submitted to the Tutorials Chair, Stephan Olariu (olariu@cs.odu.edu), by April 30, 2004.
